"MF resource of Grade 8 RR • Strong technical knowledge on ISPF, COBOL , JCL, DB2 , CICS ,VSAM, IMS-DB/DC, REXX, Easytrieve, • Identify the areas of improvement and provide solutions in optimising or automating the manual process to bring benefit both to the technical team and business • Strong knowledge on IBM utilities, OPC scheduler Endevor, File-Aid, expeditor. • Participation in Service introduction calls and effectively complete KT process • Have experience in supporting for DR exercises • Have understanding of the ITIL process • Have the ability to handle production incident calls and war room calls. • Good communication and coordination experience between teams. • BFSI domain experience would be desirable. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills."
