**Roles & Duties: Entry-Level Software Developer (.NET & Copilot Studio)** **Software Development & Support** + Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of applications using **.NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs)** + Write clean, readable, and maintainable code under guidance from senior developers + Fix bugs, perform basic troubleshooting, and support application enhancements **Copilot & AI Solution Development** + Support the creation and configuration of **Microsoft Copilot Studio** copilots for internal or customer-facing use cases + Assist in building conversational flows, prompts, topics, and actions + Integrate copilots with backend systems, APIs, and data sources where required **Collaboration & Agile Participation** + Work closely with developers, analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements + Participate in **Agile/Scrum ceremonies** such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives + Communicate progress, issues, and learnings clearly with the team **Testing & Quality Assurance** + Perform unit testing and assist in functional and integration testing + Help validate copilot responses and conversational accuracy + Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and quality best practices **Documentation & Knowledge Sharing** + Create and maintain basic technical documentation for code, APIs, and copilots + Document configurations, prompts, and workflows built in Copilot Studio + Learn from code reviews and contribute to team knowledge repositories **Continuous Learning & Improvement** + Stay updated with **.NET updates, Copilot Studio features, and Microsoft ecosystem tools** + Actively seek feedback and apply learnings to improve technical skills + Explore AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity
