Description The Alexa AI Domains (AIDo) team is looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer to join us in building the next-generation of Alexa, Alexa+. The team owns critical Customer-facing services in both Classic Alexa and Alexa+, working on everything from Operations to Development to innovative work with our Science teams as we invent the future! As a Software Development Manager in the AIDo team you will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, day-to-day team leadership, triaging and prioritization, and longer-term strategy. You will bring strong instincts and deep experience to help drive key decisions impacting Alexa and Alexa+ customers worldwide. You will work with other SDM's and SDE's both within and outside the AIDo team as our work has a broad impact and requires close collaboration with teams across the Alexa Organization. The base pay for this position ranges from $166,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $287,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
