You will need
7-10 years of experience in analytics, data science, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Expertise in statistical modeling, forecasting, and optimization techniques.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML pipelines (Airflow).
Excellent communication skills to present insights to business leaders.
Preferred:
Experience in retail, inventory management, or supply chain analytics.
Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
