The Software Developer will focus on the development and support of custom applications and the integration and extension of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software engineering, experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM and/or F&O), and a passion for building scalable, maintainable enterprise solutions. This role requires proficiency in programming with .NET (C#) or JavaScript/TypeScript and the ability to use version control tools effectively.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and support custom applications used by a diverse range of end users.Provide technical support and enhancements for existing Dynamics 365 applications through the development and maintenance of plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom connectors for Dynamics 365.Essential SkillsProficient in .NET (C#) and JavaScript/TypeScript.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.Strong understanding of REST API, Swagger, and OpenAPI.Experience with enterprise-level applications.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with React, Python 3, HTML5, and SQL.Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.Knowledge of software tools such as Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, DBeaver, Postman, Secure Shell, Git, Docker.Certification: Microsoft PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate.Experience with Entity Framework Core, Quartz, and Telnyx integration.Work Environment

This position offers a 100% remote work environment, with potential opportunities for travel to Colorado. The role requires an action-oriented, self-motivated individual who is disciplined, accountable, passionate, and trustworthy. The candidate must be willing to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, carry a cell phone, and be available to respond during both working and non-working hours. A customer-focused attitude with high professionalism and discretion is essential. The candidate must be willing to consent to and pass a background check and drug screening.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
