Job Title: Software Developer Job Description We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with a strong understanding of gas turbines and the power grid to support advanced analytics and predictive modeling initiatives. This new position will expand the team's capabilities and play a key role in developing automated data solutions that directly impact maintenance strategy and asset reliability. Responsibilities + Develop and build data pipelines to support predictive analytics for gas turbine assets and related plant components. + Automate workflows that streamline processes and reduce manual effort across the team. + Implement predictive models that leverage gas turbine operational and performance data to optimize asset utilization. + Collaborate with engineering leadership to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. + Utilize Git, DevOps tools, and modern development practices to ensure code quality, version control, and deployment efficiency. Essential Skills + Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript. + Strong background in software development, data analysis, and data management. + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. + Experience in building data pipelines, automation tools, and predictive models. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience working with gas turbines, power systems, or energy generation assets. + Experience developing models, scripts, or programs used to analyze equipment performance or reliability data. + Understanding of DevOps best practices and effective use and/or implementation of such tooling. + Demonstrated ability to build production-ready solutions.
