Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the application lifecycle, including bug fixes, feature Design, develop, and modify enterprise grade software systems with an emphasis on UI/UX and scalable architectureProduce detailed technical specifications and write high quality, efficient, maintainable codeReverse engineer existing applications to understand system behavior and dependenciesImplement updates, patches, and modernization efforts to ensure system reliability and performanceDocument system architecture, workflows, and development processes for future referenceProvide user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutionsEvaluate modernization paths, including refactoring, re platforming, or replacing legacy componentsDevelop visually intuitive, content rich user interfaces with seamless navigationAnalyze customer requirements and determine the most effective technologies and approaches to meet mission needsDesign, build, test, and maintain software applications aligned with customer requirements and enterprise standardsPerform software process management and configuration management throughout the SDLCResolve software issues and incorporate enhancements based on user feedback and mission prioritiesSupport software architecture development, requirements analysis, process execution, and integration of COTS/GOTS tools with both new and legacy systems.Qualifications:
Required:Active TS/SCI with PolygraphBachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience; or 10 years with AA/AS; or 12 years with HS diploma5+ years in a leadership roleProven experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures.Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with upper management and cross-functional teams.Demonstrated success in maximizing software reuse and driving profitability.Ability to work independently and within agile team constructs to lead developers in fast paced, collaborative environments Knowledge of modern software engineering, to include DevSecOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, version control, automated testing, and Agile software development best practicesExperience conducting software demonstrations and presenting technical capabilitiesTechnical proficiency in:WordPressSharePointJavaScriptHTML/CSSREST APIsReact and/or AngularDesired:Experience using ServiceNow for ticketing, workflow tracking, and Agile/Scrum sprint boardsExperience with AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudFormation, CloudWatch)Familiarity with Git/GitLab for version control and CI/CD pipelines.-

The proposed salary range for this position is:
