**Description** SAIC is seeking a **Software Developer** to support Joint Engineering and Test Enterprise Portal (JFAC) in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E). The selected candidate will support software development activities and the JFAC-Coordination Support Center (JFAC-CSC) tools. The candidate will primarily be responsible for developing capabilities to meet and approve JFAC user requirements. **This position will be 100% remote.** **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** + Active Secret clearance + US citizenship + Bachelors and nine (9) or more years of experience or Masters and seven (7) or more years of experience + Senior level software engineer who consistently delivers with minimal supervision + 5 years supporting production systems + Demonstrated understanding of development and quality assurance methods and best practices + Technical assessment experience + Transition planning experience + Strong knowledge and experience in SQL using various database platforms + 8570 Certification within 30 days of project start + Experience with: + NET 4.6.2 + Entity Framework + C# + Angular 10 + Chart.js - ng2-charts + MS Identity and Access Management + jQuery + Angular 10 + Fortify WebInspect + OWASP Zap + Selenium + Jasmine Test Framework + Karma Test Runner + SQL Server: SQL Server 2017, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) + Web Server: Internet Information Services (IIS) for Windows **Desired Qualifications:** + Experience supporting back-end development + Experience with data management / data visualization tools Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000.
