We’re seeking an experienced Senior Principal AI/ML Software Engineer with a strong background in Oracle Identity Management (Oracle IDM suite, IDCS) and deep expertise in AI/ML technologies. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions integrated with Oracle Fusion Applications. You’ll leverage your AI/ML skills to incorporate advanced threat detection, user access intelligence, and automation in cloud-native environments.

7+ years’ Oracle IDM (OAM, OIM, OIG, OID) and IDCS experience; strong knowledge of Fusion Applications and Oracle Cloud Security. Experience with Web Application Firewall (WAF) products is a plus. Deep expertise in AI/ML: foundational models, RAG, agentic architectures, end-to-end model lifecycle (deployment, optimization, monitoring, retraining). Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices in cloud environments; proficiency with programming in Python, Java, and/or Go. Familiarity with large-scale enterprise ERP applications and DevOps best practices. Experience designing observability dashboards, defining SLOs/SLIs, and leading on-call readiness. Proven problem-solving, analytical, project management, and communication skills.
