Skills and Requirements Job Responsibilities: - Fine-tune and enhance complex software implementation projects • Gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop software solutions to meet client needs • Review and analyze enhancement requests and technical specifications • Implement system software and customize applications based on client requirements • Prepare detailed software specifications and comprehensive test plans • Develop new programs according to client specifications and create test data for validation • Modify existing programs to align with updated standards and perform unit testing • Create migration packages for system testing, user acceptance testing, and production implementation • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure software reliability and performance Perform post-implementation validation and resolve defects identified during testing Must Haves - Minimum of 7–8 years of experience in Win32 application development - Minimum of 7–8 years of experience in debugging and performing root cause analysis of application failures - Minimum of 7–8 years of experience with operating system security concepts and best practices
