Skills and Requirements Key Projects  • Fine‑tune and enhance complex software implementation projects  • Gather and analyze system requirements; document specifications; develop software solutions aligned with client needs  • Review and assess enhancement requests and technical specifications  • Evaluate legacy API–based implementations and design modern solutions using updated APIs  • Independently understand and interpret complex system architectures to support modernization efforts  • Implement system software and customize components to meet client requirements  • Prepare detailed software specifications and comprehensive test plans  • Develop new programs to client specifications and generate test data for validation  • Update and modify existing programs to meet new standards; perform thorough unit testing  • Create migration packages for system testing, user testing, and production implementation  • Conduct quality assurance reviews across developed components  • Perform post‑implementation validation and resolve bugs identified during testing Must Haves  - C/C++ - 3 years  - Operating systems and performance analysis - 2 years  - Windows OS - 1 year
