Our client, a leading organization in autonomous mobility, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to lead diverse teams effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Project Manager
**Location:** Foster City, CA
**Pay Range:** $75 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Define, maintain, and communicate the software development roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and product teams.
+ Drive alignment across multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly documented and communicated.
+ Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; facilitate daily stand-ups and scrum ceremonies to ensure on-time delivery of work.
+ Develop and maintain clear and consistent tracking mechanisms; provide timely project status updates, risks, and progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
+ Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, removing blockers, managing team capacity, and promoting Agile best practices.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
+ 6+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role in an Agile software development environment.
+ Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
+ Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
