About the Role:
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll combine deep product expertise with advanced facilitation and consultative skills to drive client success. This role designs and delivers tailored onboarding, consulting, and training programs for complex client needs, using storytelling, industry scenarios, and real-world workflows to maximize adoption and business impact. As a Senior, you’ll mentor junior consultants, contribute to curriculum design, and collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to align onboarding services with client outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Design and deliver advanced or customized training engagements across Firm Management, Tax, and Audit solutions.
Support clients in initial setup and configuration, identifying pain points and delivering solutions aligned with industry practices.
Apply storytelling, case studies, and advanced facilitation to drive engagement and knowledge retention.
Consult with clients on complex workflows, configurations, and best practices to ensure long-term adoption.
Mentor and coach junior consultants, modeling effective facilitation and consulting techniques.
Develop scalable curricula, blended programs, and certifications aligned to evolving customer needs.
Anticipate learner challenges and adapt delivery in real time to optimize the client experience.
Collaborate with product and QA teams to test releases, provide feedback, and integrate product updates into training services.
Measure training effectiveness using knowledge checks, adoption metrics, and customer feedback.

Compensation:
$85,600.00 - $149,400.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
