Primary Responsibilities:
Define and maintain architectural standards for ServiceNow and Enterprise Solutions implementationsDesign end-to-end solutions across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, etc.)Evaluate and integrate ServiceNow's AI features and align AI capabilities with business goalsCollaborate with development teams to create high-quality, maintainable code, and to ensure architectural alignment in implementationCollaborate with enterprise architects, security, infrastructure teams, and platform ownersCreate high-level design documents, data models, and integration strategiesProvide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers, promoting best practices and continuous improvementProvide escalation point for engineering decisionsConduct architectural reviews and ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to improve our software solutionsWork closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions

Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and development, modules, data models, and integration patterns4+ years in a Software Architect or similar role, with a strong background in software developmentExperience leveraging AI tools in the software development lifecycle in order to improve quality and efficiencyHands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting and configuration.Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and external system integrationsExperience leading enterprise architecture efforts and deep understanding of architecture principles and governanceFamiliarity with ServiceNow AI/ML features and their implementationExperience with building relationships with business leadersProven ability to lead technical discussions and mentor engineers
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldServiceNow Cetified Technical Architect or equivalent certificationsExperience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS)Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps practicesProficiency in .NET and Angular frameworksProven exposure to AI/ML concepts, Natural Language Processing, and automation frameworksProven problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creativelyProven excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
