This Sodexo Strategic Internship, focusing on Sales Enablement, is a hands-on opportunity to support a large, national commercial organization as it plans and executes strategic initiatives. You will work closely with sales leadership and cross‑functional teams to coordinate projects, events, and programs that drive engagement and performance. This role is focused on operational excellence, project coordination, and execution. The internship is virtual, approximately 15 hours per week beginning in February, and designed exclusively for seniors graduating in Spring 2026, with strong potential to convert to a full‑time role in summer 2026.
What You'll Do Support planning and coordination of sales programs, councils, and strategic initiativesProvide heavy project coordination including schedules, timelines, resources, and status updatesAssist with national events, commercial summits, incentive programs, and virtual trainingsSupport event logistics, live sessions, show‑running, and post‑event follow‑upsHelp coordinate town halls, leadership communications, and engagement activitiesPartner with cross‑functional teams to keep projects organized and moving forward What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Current college student with studies in hospitality/food management, facilities management, engineering, communications, human resources, accounting, marketing or another industry related college program.
