The position reports to the Payroll & Benefits Manager for Israe Responsibilities (English) Calculate payroll for approximately 500 employees, including global, hourly, and various employment types. Manage employee onboarding in payroll systems, update personal details, and generate required forms. Handle termination processes: calculate entitlements, prepare tax forms (e.g., Form 161), and report to relevant authorities. Liaise with Social Security, Tax Authorities, and insurance companies – monthly and annual reporting, tax refunds, and employee requests. Perform monthly payroll audits, identify discrepancies, and ensure data integrity. Participate in cross-departmental tasks such as regulatory updates, process improvement projects, and system implementations. Provide professional support and guidance to employees and managers regarding payroll and labor law issues. Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and senior management teams. Qualifications (English) Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll accounting within large organizations. Proven experience with computerized payroll systems (knowledge of leading systems is an advantage). Strong knowledge of labor laws, collective agreements, and payroll regulations. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple interfaces. High attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure. Experience working with diverse employee populations: hourly workers, global employees, and senior positions. Certified Payroll Accountant diploma is mandatory.
