Data & Process Integrity: Manage and audit employee data across global systems, ensuring 100% accuracy and process completion from onboarding to offboarding. HR Tech Enablement: Troubleshoot and resolve system-related queries, "translating" technical complexities into clear, actionable instructions for non-technical users. Contingent Workforce Management: Oversee the administrative lifecycle of contractors, including data management and vendor invoice reconciliation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Payroll, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless workflows and resolve cross-departmental bottlenecks. Operational Efficiency: Proactively identify opportunities to simplify and improve existing HR administrative processes. Qualifications (English) 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar service-oriented operational role. Technical Orientation: Proven experience working with HRIS/Enterprise systems. Experience with SuccessFactors, iCIMS, ServiceNow, or SAP Fieldglass is a significant advantage. Exemplary Service Skills: Exceptional patience and a genuine desire to help others. You must be able to provide high-level service to stakeholders with varying levels of technical proficiency. Precision & Detail: A methodical approach with a commitment to "getting it right the first time" in data entry and reporting. Ability to Thrive Under Pressure: Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Communication: Fluent in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal) is essential. Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Who You Are: A problem solver who enjoys diving into the details. A "people person" who understands that behind every system update is a human need. Someone who takes initiative and is always looking for a better way to do things.
