Loretto is a comprehensive, continuing care organization providing a variety of healthcare services for older adults across Central New York. We are seeking a motivated and passionate Social Work Intern to join our Human Resource team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in social work to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic environment. 

 

The successful candidate will work on a flexible schedule in-person at our Commons on St. Anthony location in Auburn, NY. This is an unpaid internship.

Responsibilities Completing assessments (admission assessments for rehab and long-term care, depression screening, trauma screening)Coordinating services for discharge planningAttending and assisting with team/family meetings and care planningProviding emotional and social support for residents and families
