The Social Media Support role will work closely with the Head of Operations, Business Development Services, EMEA & APAC with a dotted line reporting structure to the Associate Director of Social Selling Strategy in EMEA to drive regional social media marketing initiatives.

The role will support our social media strategy and will be split 50% specializing in leveraging social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and various digital tools to optimise our brand presence, generate leads, and facilitate business growth. The remaining 50% of the time will be dedicated to supporting social media projects managed by the Marketing Leads for Service Lines and Sectors.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Social Media Support role will reinforce the implementation of and effective social media strategies, localise global and regional campaigns, and ensure alignment with regional objectives. There will be a solid need to capture and represent reliable data and create presentations on-brand.


The objective of this role is to assist content distribution and analysis across all countries in EMEA, ensuring maximum adoption.

A crucial part of the role will be documenting digital marketing processes, best practices and insights that can help improve the marketing team’s overall performance. There will be a responsibility to help develop capabilities that can then be shared with the broader Marketing and Research team: where to focus, what channels to allocate budget to and what is most likely to drive client engagement.

This role could be well suited to an individual who is looking to kickstart their social media career, following on from prior internship/junior level experience.

Responsibilities:

Best Practice Implementation: Support the implementation of best practices identified by the global digital COE within the EMEA business. Assist in adopting new processes and tools to enhance digital marketing effectiveness.

Analytics Support: Assist in monitoring and analysing social media metrics and sales performance data. Support interpreting data and identifying trends to inform decision-making and optimise future strategies. Support the development of the ROI tracker project by working with both Global and local teams to ensure data is consistent and reliable. Collaborate with the team to track campaign performance metrics and gather prospecting and lead generation activity data. Assist in compiling reports and analysing data to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

Presentational Support: Help the wider team develop slides that showcase best-practice, the latest campaign results, and training material. Sometimes supporting, sometimes owning and presenting these decks to international colleagues. Assist in developing and rolling training modules for Sales Navigator and other relevant digital tools. Coordinate logistics and provide logistical support for training sessions as needed.

Campaign Support: Support the execution of tasks related to major regional campaigns, including content dissemination, social media engagement, and email outreach. Ensure timely and effective implementation of digital marketing strategies within campaigns. Repurpose large external documents and press releases into short-form LinkedIn content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand voice.

Social Advocacy: Support client-facing employees with tailored content suggestions and guidance to enhance their personal LinkedIn presence as part of wider social advocacy efforts.

Events Support: Assist with major international event campaigns from a digital perspective; including social media posting, supporting stakeholder with digital content, analytics, and social listening. Develop cohesive content narratives across report and event campaigns, identifying connections and themes to drive engagement.

Localisation Support: Assist in adapting global campaigns for the EMEA market, including translating content and coordinating with in-country marketing leads. Facilitate the smooth execution of localised campaigns and initiatives.

Message Implementation: Implement key messaging, value propositions, and target customer segments identified by sales and marketing teams, into campaigns. Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital channels.

Platform Management: Support in the centralisation and consolidation of core social media accounts, such as LinkedIn. Work with local stakeholders to help ensure global social media and communications policy is being followed.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the regional EMEA marketing and research team to support ongoing initiatives and campaigns. Share updates, feedback, and best practices to contribute to team success.
