As a Social Media Senior Associate within the Consumer & Community Banking team you will support the ongoing management, monitoring and optimization of the Business Banking Ambassador Program. This position sits within the Chase Social Media team, reports directly to the Executive Director, Social Media Business Strategy and works closely with Business Banking Marketing Partners, the Chase Social Content Team, as well as internal stakeholder and program partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and engagement for the program. In addition, you will manage and monitor for employee advocacy, social selling or community management programs and are independently motivated, with a proven ability to deliver results and build strong, trust-based relationships within the team.
Job responsibilities
Monitor the LinkedIn activity and daily engagements of program participants via Sprinklr.Identify, escalate, and track issues or risks in social channels, working with internal teams to maintain a compliant online presence, and communicate timelines, status updates, and results to stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams to the program content library, ensure documentation of legal reviews and maintain audit-ready documentationManage the end-to-end process for content scheduling in Sprinklr, including reviewing, editing, coordinating approvals, managing legal approval logs, and publishing content independently.Support program managers with maintaining procedures, training materials and participant assistance. Collaborate on monthly and quarterly performance reports showcasing the value and progress of the program. Maintain detailed audit records of program activities, approvals, and compliance documentation.Build and nurture strong relationships within the social media team and with key partners, including Business Bank Marketing partners, video teams, firmwide ambassador programs, PR teams etc. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance program processes; stay current on social media platform updates, best practices, and regulatory changes particularly on LinkedIn. Assist with ad-hoc projects and ambassador programs across the organization.Provide support with simple graphics (Canva), light video editing, or filming for social media content.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
3 plus years of relevant experience in building employee advocacy/ambassador programs and/or social media monitoring for brands; Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or equivalent; experience in the financial services industry or with top brands or marketing organizations.A strong understanding of social media best practices and functionality particularly on LinkedIn; thorough knowledge of social media monitoring and management tools for social listening, publishing and reporting (i.e., Sprinkler, Hearsay and LinkedIn analytics) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to self-motivate, multitask and work independently. A passion for keeping up to speed on the social media landscape and how brands are leveraging social media for Marketing and CommunicationsStrong copywriting and editorial review skills, with the ability to assess and refine social media content to ensure alignment with brand standards, tone, and compliance requirements.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and effectively communicate project timelines, status, and results.Effectively communicate on project timelines, status and results. Confidence to pitch fresh ideas, think creatively, and solve problems.Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across teams in marketing, communications, and the broader Chase ecosystem.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with strong reporting and data analysis skills; basic skills in Canva for graphic design, video editing, and filmingTeam player with an enthusiastic attitude and entrepreneurial spirit, eager to learn, contribute, and make an impact.
