The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies, with a special focus on Instagram and YouTube, to promote classical music to a younger audience. The role will involve creating engaging content, increasing online presence, and driving campaigns that resonate with the youth, making classical music more accessible and appealing.
About Dedhia Music Foundation (DMF): Dedhia Music Foundation is a non-profit organisation based in Mumbai, dedicated to promoting and preserving the rich heritage of Hindustani Classical music. As a CSR initiative of Zycus Infotech, DMF strives to connect younger generations with classical music through innovative and modern platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, particularly on Instagram and YouTube, to promote Hindustani Classical music to a youthful audience.Content Creation:
Create and curate engaging multimedia content (posts, stories, videos, reels, etc.) that highlights classical music performances, educational content, and upcoming events.Community Engagement:
Foster an interactive community of classical music enthusiasts by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and encouraging participation through polls, contests, and live sessions.Campaign Management:
Design and manage promotional campaigns that target the youth, using creative storytelling and influencers to increase the visibility of DMF’s initiatives.Collaboration:
Work closely with the DMF team and classical musicians to produce content that resonates with the younger generation while maintaining the authenticity of the music.Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adapt strategies accordingly. Provide regular reports to the leadership team on growth, engagement, and ROI.Growth Hacking:
Identify trends and leverage emerging social media tools and techniques to maximize audience growth and engagement.
