Our client, a dynamic player in the beauty industry, is seeking a Social Media & Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Social Media & Marketing Manager, you will be part of the marketing department supporting innovative brand initiatives. The ideal candidate will have creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Social Media & Marketing Manager
**Location: Remote** **(NJ/NYC based 2-3 days a week in Office starting in January** **)**
**Pay Range: $27-$30/hr**
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead the end-to-end social strategy and day-to-day channel management across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
+ Oversee the social content calendar and create engaging content that resonates with audiences.
+ Collaborate with creators and influencers to amplify the brand's voice and community.
+ Analyze data and trends to optimize social media campaigns and enhance engagement.
+ Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
**What's Needed?**
+ A minimum of 4 years of experience in social media and marketing, preferably in an agency or brand setting.
+ Deep understanding of Gen Z and digital culture, particularly in short-form video content.
+ Strong creative skills paired with data fluency to drive effective marketing strategies.
+ Excellent planning and organizational skills, with experience using social planning tools.
+ A passion for beauty, hair, fashion, or music is a plus.
