Our client is seeking a Social Media Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a keen analytical mindset, and a passion for creative content, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Social Media Manager**
**Location: Burlington, MA (Hybrid)**
**What's the Job?**
+ Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute engaging content aligned with our business strategy.
+ Manage end-to-end social media campaigns focused on brand building, engagement, and awareness.
+ Identify emerging content styles and formats, offering recommendations on how to adapt them for our audience.
+ Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
+ Collaborate with our creative team to produce high-quality visual content tailored for various social platforms.
**What's Needed?**
+ Proven experience in digital content creation and social media management.
+ Strong grasp of social and digital analytics with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of guiding diverse teams through campaign planning, execution, and review.
+ A keen interest in science and the ability to translate complex scientific ideas into engaging content is highly valued.
+ A degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Science Communications, or a related field is preferred, though extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
