Our client, a leading organization in the social impact sector, is seeking a Social Media Content Associate to join their team. As a Social Media Content Associate, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting the social media and digital outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, adaptability, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Social Media Content Associate
**Location:** Columbia, hybrid (onsite 2-3 days per week)
**Pay Range: $30. to $32. 00 per hour Based on Experience**
**What's the Job?**
+ Drafting engaging social media content across multiple platforms for team review
+ Creating basic visual designs using Canva to support content strategies
+ Posting content to various social media channels and managing engagement
+ Monitoring social media trends and identifying opportunities for increased engagement
+ Responding to comments and managing social media interactions with approved messaging
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media and marketing roles
+ Proficiency in content creation and basic design tools like Canva
+ Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment
