Social Marketing Operation Manager
Job Description Job Summary The Social Media Operations Manager will play a critical role across social marketing operations, security, and governance, and act as the primary POC and problem solver for the social channel managers across our clients. Essential Functions: • Manage social marketing operations & governance globally, acting as the primary point of contact for all social marketers. Be the point of contact for social channel security & governance; update security requirements as needed and assist new users / teams in securely setting up social accounts as needed. Skills and Requirements • 6+ years of relevant experience • Experience with social media account management and setup, including LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram), X/Twitter, etc. • Hands-on experience with syncing data transfers across social media platforms and managing app access permissions to ensure seamless integration and security. • Proven experience in conducting security audits for social media channels, with a demonstrated ability to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security protocols and governance standards. • Experience with security management for social channels including implementing security protocols.
