Social Automation Manager, Amazon Ads Editorial and Social
We're seeking a forward-thinking Social Media Automation Lead to spearhead our AI-driven content strategies and creator partnerships. This role will be instrumental in leveraging emerging AI technologies while working closely with our creators team. The ideal candidate will thrive in experimentation, constantly testing new social media tactics, exploring emerging channels, and pioneering innovative content formats. You'll be at the forefront of identifying and capitalizing on new social media trends, and technologies before they become mainstream, helping to establish our brand as an early adopter and digital innovator.

Key job responsibilities
- Identifying and launching new social channels for Amazon Ads where appropriate (TikTok or YouTube refresh)
- Maintaining relationships with internal SMB Creators team and external Enterprise-level creators to help build Amazon Ads brand advocacy on social
- Leading experimental content formats and testing new approaches to engagement such as co-marketing efforts with Partners on social
- Capitalizing on new social media trends (e.g., private groups) and technologies to maintain competitive advantage
- Creation of AI agents and other tools to scale social content creation and automation
