Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SRAM & ROM IC Memory Design Engineer to develop and optimize memory architectures for high-performance and low-power applications. The candidate will be responsible for designing, simulating, and verifying SRAM and ROM memory blocks while working closely with cross-functional teams in circuit design, layout, verification, and technology development. Key Responsibilities: + Design and develop SRAM and ROM memory architectures for various semiconductor applications. + Perform transistor-level circuit design and simulation for memory arrays, peripheral circuits, and sense amplifiers. + Optimize power, performance, and area (PPA) of memory designs to meet product requirements. + Conduct timing, reliability, and variation analysis (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations, worst-case corner analysis). + Work closely with physical design (layout) engineers to ensure optimal layout implementation for memory cells and bitlines. + Implement redundancy and error correction techniques for enhanced memory reliability. + Perform SPICE simulations, EM/IR drop analysis, and power integrity verification. + Support design verification and validation, including functional verification, silicon bring-up, and debugging. \#LI-RT1 **onsemi** (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
