Snr Manager, Financials Value Stream Product Management team
**Job Description** You will provide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership for a team of seven Product Managers, each owning a distinct area of our financial solutions portfolio. This includes setting clear priorities, coaching individuals toward their professional growth, and ensuring the team is aligned and executing against our broader product and business objectives. You will serve as a key voice in defining how AI is applied across our financial product roadmap — not just as a feature, but as a strategic capability woven into the core user experience. This means working closely with data science, engineering, and domain experts to evaluate where AI creates genuine value for our customers and translating that into actionable product requirements and roadmap commitments. You will act as a bridge between executive leadership and the product organization, ensuring that business strategy is clearly communicated downward and that product insights, risks, and opportunities are surfaced upward. You will represent the product organization in cross-functional planning discussions and contribute to resource allocation and hiring decisions. You will own the health and development of your team — conducting regular one-on-ones, setting performance expectations, identifying growth opportunities, and creating an environment where strong product managers can thrive and advance. **Responsibilities** **Required Qualifications** The successful candidate will have five or more years of product management experience, with at least three years in a people management capacity overseeing product managers specifically. A deep understanding of financial applications and the domain knowledge that comes with building software in the financial services space is essential. Hands-on experience with NetSuite — either as a practitioner, integrator, or product professional working within or alongside the platform — is required. Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing product teams is a must. Strong experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and executive stakeholders is expected. A clear and confident communication style, both written and verbal, is necessary to navigate the complexity of this role. **Preferred Qualifications** Prior experience working specifically on AI or machine learning product initiatives within a financial technology context is highly valued. Familiarity with enterprise SaaS business models and the sales cycles that accompany them will be beneficial. A history of contributing to or owning product strategy at an organizational level — beyond individual product ownership — distinguishes the strongest candidates. Experience scaling product teams or navigating organizational change is a plus. **What We're Looking For in a Leader** This role requires someone who understands that managing talented, senior product managers is not about micromanaging — it's about creating the conditions in which strong individuals can do their best work. You will need to balance strategic thinking with operational discipline, and you will need to earn the respect of a team that is already highly capable. The ability to develop and retain talent is just as important as the ability to ship great product.
