### Job Duties Job Description: As a Snow Removal Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining clear and safe outdoor spaces for our clients. This is a storm based, seasonal position that requires flexibility, as work will depend on snowfall and weather conditions. The ideal candidate is punctual, able to work in adverse weather, and comfortable with physical tasks. Responsibilities: - Clear snow from designated areas using shovels, snow blowers, and other equipment - Salt or sand walkways and parking lots to prevent ice buildup - Operate snowplows and other heavy machinery as needed - Work efficiently and safely in cold and potentially hazardous conditions - Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and thorough snow removal - Follow safety guidelines and protocols to prevent injury or property damage. - Maintain and clean equipment as needed.
