Deliver user-facing applications that are responsive, scalable, and reliable.

Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and standards.

Collaborate with product, design, and QA to deliver complete features.

Maintain shared libraries and components for consistency across projects.

Support each other through mentorship, pairing, and knowledge sharing.

Continuously improve processes and tooling to speed up delivery and reduce errors.

Your Key Responsibilities

Develop UI features using React.js with guidance from senior engineers.

Build simple APIs and integrations in Node.js as needed.

Fix bugs and implement enhancements in existing applications.

Write clean, testable code and follow established coding standards.

Learn and apply best practices in performance, security, and accessibility.

Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback for growth.

Continuously improve skills by learning new frameworks, tools, and patterns.
