Job Description
Operate and manage SMT equipment, including Juki Pick & Place machines, Reflow Ovens, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems, and Wash Machines. This role involves setting up and tearing down SMT machines according to detailed work instructions, loading feeders with electronic components, and ensuring the accuracy of production documentation. You will also make minor machine adjustments, clear machine jams, position PCBs on machine fixtures, monitor machine operations, perform visual inspections of assembled boards for quality issues, complete production records accurately, and follow all safety procedures.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
