Job Description
The SMT Quality Technician will operate Surface Mount Technology equipment including Juki Pick & Place machines, Reflow Ovens, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems, and Wash Machines. You will be responsible for setting up and tearing down SMT machines according to detailed work instructions, loading feeders with electronic components, verifying components, and following production documentation. Additionally, you will make minor machine adjustments and clear jams, position PCBs on machine fixtures, and monitor machine operation. Performing visual inspection of assembled boards for quality issues and completing production records and batch logs accurately is also part of the role.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
