SMT Operator
The SMT Operator is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment to ensure high-quality PCB assembly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Temp-to-Hire position$19.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)JOB DUTIES:
Operate SMT production equipment including pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovensPerform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshootingLoad feeders and components according to work orders and production schedulesMonitor production runs to ensure quality standards are met -Inspect boards for defects and ensure compliance with IPC standardsComplete accurate production documentation and reportsFollow all safety procedures and company policiesSMT Operator Qualifications:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
