SMT Operator

Location: Vancouver, WA

Paying $18 / HR

Responsibilities:

Operate SMT equipment including Juki Pick & Place machines, Reflow Ovens, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems, and Wash MachinesSet up and teardown SMT machines according to detailed work instructionsLoad feeders with electronic components according to setup sheetsVerify components and follow production documentationMake minor machine adjustments and clear machine jams as neededPosition PCBs on machine fixtures and monitor machine operationPerform visual inspection of assembled boards for quality issuesComplete production records and batch logs accuratelyFollow all safety procedures and protocols

Qualifications:

No prior experience required – comprehensive training providedHigh school diploma or GED preferredStrong vision and hand-eye coordinationAbility to follow detailed written instructionsBasic computer skillsWillingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasksAttention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work well in a team environmentReliable attendance and punctuality

Environment / Shift:

Lean manufacturing environment - clean and organized. Work environment is bright and fairly quiet, sometimes may be exposed to a paint like smell in certain areas. Day shift: 6:30am - 3:00 PM

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
