You will develop the 0-24-month IBP forecast by brand and at the stock keeping unit (SKU) level. You will coordinate, challenge and influence building block with input from sales, marketing and other partners. In addition, you  will review the disaggregated short-term demand plan, which includes SKU/location mix and weekly pacing. Finally, you will provide the finalized detailed demand plan by SKU to supply planners and adjust it based on feedback from supply planners or commercial teams.

How you will contribute

You will:

Contribute to the demand management cycle of the integrated business planning (IBP) process for your categories and to strategy and structure discussionsLiaise with the commercial and operational teams and develop ways to continuously improve communication between the functions to support the delivery of the business KPIs for their familiesManage forecast compilation process, which includes owning the short-term weekly plan and the long-term forecast (three or more months)Interact with modelling team to generate statistical forecastingParticipate in the integrated business planning process and manage the demand planning toolPerform root-cause analysis for continuous plan improvement for key service issues, forecast error and bias, and share output with appropriate leadership

Main Responsibilities:

 

Perform Risk Impact Analysis and project dependencies from various other initiativesResolve business issues that impact the ability of the project team to deliverPerform detail reviews of project deliverables relative to Demand Planning scopeLead and participate in tests & cutoverAnticipate and drive resolution for tool adoption barriersCollaborate with Business Champions and Key User Community to drive drive deploymentCo-create the strategy to sustain new planning capabilities after program completion and transition to BAUKey member of new planning tool implementationPartners with other functions on enterprise planning process designParticipate in workshops related to the projectResponsible for successful delivery and testing of new tool

 

Responsibilities:

IMPLEMENTATION: Drive implementation in line with Global Template. Highlight exceptions. Develop Process Efficiency Index to measure compliance of local systems and processes to Global Template.TRAINING: Ensure training documentation completed and training executed for all users.  Ensure training material secured for future use by the organization with clear ownership determinedTESTING: Ensure all test cases are available and complete.  Secure testing resources and lead to ensure timely and accurate delivery of test case execution. Co-ordinate and / or lead training.GO-LIVE PREPARATION: Ensure any defects are fixed, tested and closed. Promote process understanding; ensure that roles & responsibilities are well understood.OVERALL: Collaborate to ensure delivery of plan to agreed timelines and budget.

 

Key Skills required:

4 year degree required in related field preferred5 years / Strong experience in Demand Planning (IBP / Demand Planning)O9 / SAP knowledge about Masterdata governance (Product, Entity, Customer)Knowledge about systems – APO, IBP360 & O9Prior knowledge implementing O9 solution is preferableCreative and leading edge thinking to drive standardization and efficiency; skilled in problem solvingSkilled in problem solving with experience in delivering large scale projectsCan work independently, as well as in project teams and take ownership and responsibility.Pro-active and excellent communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization and across regions.Ability to think "outside the box" and introduce new capabilities.Agile and Growth mindsetAbility to drive change and new/disruptive ways of working  and influencing skillsCross-functional collaboration skills and relationship buildingCredible within the broader Mondelēz organization to drive cross-functional change and adoption of system outputsRobust communication skills to articulate the vision of the technology and the project to various functions
