**About the Role:**
Manage and optimize a smart building operational data platform for a global client portfolio with initial focus on 3 million square foot headquarters campus. Analyze building performance data, identify trends, and support operational teams to maximize the platform's benefits.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ System Management: Administer the platform, troubleshoot issues, configure users, and collaborate with vendors to improve functionality.
+ Building Performance: Analyze data to improve building performance, preventative maintenance, and capital project planning. Support site teams in identifying issues and opportunities, coordinating solutions, and measuring results (e.g., energy reduction).
+ Program Strategy: Assist in developing Smart Building global standards and programs for the HQ campus and major global sites in every region.
+ Key Tasks:
+ Manage work orders and coordinate with vendors.
+ Implement and manage fault detection rules.
+ Identify and support building hardware and software integrations.
+ Support the monitoring of critical systems for emergency response.
+ Facilitate site adoption of the platform.

**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering(Mechanical, Electrical, or similar). In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Experience with building systems (HVAC/mechanical or controls).
+ Experience with sensor technology and predictive maintenance techniques.
+ Strong data analysis skills and ability toidentifybuilding performance improvements.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to learn new software quickly and work independently.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
**Desired Skills (Not Required):**
+ Experience in commercial real estate.
+ Certified Energy Manager.
+ Experience with building automation systems, FDD, and metering.
+ IP network configuration experience.
+ Experience in a remote operations center.
