We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Soldering / Small Parts Assembly Technician to join our production team. This position involves assembling small electronic or mechanical components, performing soldering work, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys precision work and working with their hands.

Temp-to-Hire position$15.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm)Perform hand soldering on small components and circuit boardsAssemble small parts using hand tools and fixturesFollow work instructions, schematics, or assembly drawingsInspect finished assemblies for quality and accuracyRework or repair assemblies as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaMeet production and quality standardsSmall Parts Assembly Qualifications:
Previous soldering experience (through-hole and/or surface mount preferred)Experience with small parts or electronic assemblyAbility to read basic work instructions or drawingsGood hand-eye coordination and attention to detailAbility to sit or stand for extended periodsReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to use hand tools, soldering irons, and basic measuring toolsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
