What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:Set up, adjust, and operate machines according to instructions and safety protocols.Monitor machine operations for smooth, efficient production.Inspect materials for quality and make necessary adjustments.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Work together with your team to make sure there is good communication and teamwork.Participate in continuous improvement to boost production and cut costs.

Skills and Experience What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:Previous production line experience in manufacturing environmentMinimum of 1 year of experience operating machineryA knack for mechanical tasks and troubleshootingAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsHave strong computer skills for data entryPhysical ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.An Associate degree in a technical field is a plus!
