Position Summary

This experienced design professional will lead the development, design, and coordination of client proposals, presentations, and related business development projects. This person will manage the daily activities of internal graphic designers and coordinate proposals and presentations, along with their own design projects. This position requires advanced experience in several software packages and the ability to produce large volumes of accurate work. The Designer is responsible for completing required, independent training and on-the-job learning. Work You'll Do

Conceive, design, and produce a full range of high-impact print and digital collateral.Materials include but are not limited to: infographics, presentations, proposals, etc. in print and digital formats.Art direction and strategic advisor on overarching design themes using design building blocks: cover, callouts, iconography, infographics, photography, language.Work directly with PPMD team to develop a presentation theme that visually communicates win themes and key messages.Strategically interface and brainstorm with senior PPMDs about visual displays of information. Grasp the substance of business issues being communicated. Re-articulate visual options that enhance or clarify audience understanding.Ensure all artistic elements of the proposal/presentation adhere to the theme and deliver Deloitte Differentiators consistently across all deliverables.Develop presentation and template themes to create a creative, consistent look. Enhance readability and draw in the reader. Follow the Deloitte brand, visual identity, legal guidelines, and messaging. Ensure compliance with brand and visual identity as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

8+ years of design experience Bachelor’s degree with preferred concentration in Marketing, Communications, Art, or Business.Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel; Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Proven skills and educational training in typography, layout, composition, color theory, and information design.Must be legally allowed to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.Ability to travel 10-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

Proposal Design, Development, and Production experience.Fluency in Digital Media apps.Mobile App Development.Augmented and Virtual Reality.Develop Microsites.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 to $173,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
