Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Slate administrator to support a top Higher education client of ours. The Health Sciences division is seeking a Slate Administrator to support, configure, and enhance our CRM platform with a strong focus on Slate. This role will serve as a key technology partner across admissions, student success, academic programs, and central IT. The Slate Administrator will act as the bridge between functional teams, technical resources, and external vendors to ensure our CRM systems effectively support the student lifecycle. This position requires a blend of CRM administration, configuration and development, and data management expertise, along with strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Skills and Requirements
• Experience administering and configuring a CRM system (preferably Slate).
• Technical proficiency in CSS, Java, HTML, and related configuration tools.
• Strong understanding of data structures, data flows, and data validation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and functional stakeholders. Plusses:
• Experience administering Slate CRM and building custom solutions within the platform.
• Experience supporting admissions, enrollment, or other student-facing systems.
• Experience developing data integrations between systems
