The pay for this role is $50.33 per hour.

Are you looking for an opportunity to advance your nursing career, while having the flexibility you need? We are hiring an Registered Nurse/RN to join our incredible team! Our RNs are a trusted and valued member of the Transforming Age team, providing the care and compassion our residents’ needs. They will support our Director of Nursing with assessments, admissions, fill in with community support, and be a trusted advocate for our incredible residents and team!

 

Our Registered Nurses:

Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our wonderful residents.Support the DON (Director of Nursing) with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.Work with a team of professionals to ensure the residents comprehensive needs are met.Review routines, calendar of events and resident needsEnsure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and countedEnsure all charting and record keeping is accurate and completePromote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age, our Culture of Excellence, in all areas of responsibility.Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed!

Be a graduate of an accredited RN programHave an active RN license in the state, in good standingExperience in Assisted Living or Long-term Care (2 years or more) preferred.Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.Provide leadership and supervision to nursing team membersHave knowledge of DHS RegulationsPossess superb interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external constituents

Physical Requirements:

On occasion, may need to push/pull/support up to 75lbs.
