The pay for this role is $22- $28 per hour DOE.

Our Maintenance Technicians: 

Receive instructions, blueprints and work orders for maintenance or facility upgrade projects. Develop  working procedures and schedules for the job, material requirements, and other equipment as requiredPerform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include, plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures.Prepare and organizes materials and equipment before starting a taskReport equipment/items to supervisor that need repair immediatelyResponds to building emergencies during any time on or off-shift as directed by the supervisorPerform daily rounds and check of various systems as assigned, including related record keepingOther duties as assigned

What you need to succeed:

Must be at least eighteen years of age with the ability to read, write and speak EnglishFormal training in vocational school or trade apprenticeship programA minimum of 2 years building maintenance work experienceMust be able to read and work from blueprints, and be knowledgeable in all construction trades

Physical Requirements Include:

Ability to work in different physical positions to complete tasks, while providing a variety of physically demanding maintenance-related tasks inside and outside the buildingMust have good manual dexterity and the ability to work with tools and equipmentMay need to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
