The pay for this role is $21.30 per hour.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Custodian to join our team! This is a great role for someone who loves people, enjoys keeping communities neat and tidy, and wants to work with friendly people who want you to succeed! 

Our Custodians: 

Clean the  common areas and other assigned areas.Works carefully, making sure to follow  SDS, safety, and related regulations.Prepare and organizes materials and equipment, and prepares work site before beginning task.Keep common areas clean and orderlyReport and responds to resident requests, and responds to any emergencies.Note any issues (grounds, building, other) and addresses with the relevant department if needed.Other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

Must be at least 18 years of ageBasic understanding of English language to take direction and ask questions as needed.Ability to work a flexible schedule is highly preferredFriendly customer service skills.First aid certification may be required in some communities/affiliates per state/local guidelines.Completion of a background check. May also require drug screening, physical, TB test, and fingerprint per state/local guidelines.

Physical Requirements Include:

Manual dexterity and the ability to work with required equipment and to perform physically active work for the entire shift.Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
