Responsibilities:Attract source, assess, and hire for niche rolesManage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.Manager end-to-end process administration i.e. from headcount-related administrative tasks to requisition creation, sourcing and assessment, interviewer securement as well as hiring updates to key stakeholders.Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives; pilots, process improvement projects, etc.Requires Skills:3-5 years of recruiting experience (hardware or skilled trades) Experience in technical sourcing and manufacturing engineering recruiting is requiredBachelor's degreeWork Environment:
You will work under immediate supervision and report to a supervisor. The role involves full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition, requiring adherence to pre-established guidelines and instructions. This role is 100% onsite in Bellevue, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $37.00/hr.
