Hours: (fully onsite downtown)

Monday through Friday- 9:00-5:30pm


Qualifications:5+ years of proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter with skilled trades, including machinists and mechanics.In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.Strong relationship management and communication skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and effectively connect with candidates.Familiarity with employment labor laws and regulations.Excellent computer skills, including Outlook and data management.Experience in full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and customer service support.Job Description

You will play a crucial role in identifying, screening, interviewing, and recommending qualified candidates to support the growth of our multi-site operations, both domestically and internationally. This position requires global exposure and the ability to partner with associates across the business to hire exceptional talent driven by our mission to provide best-in-class services to our customers.

ResponsibilitiesIndependently drive the recruiting process and prioritize tasks accordingly.Demonstrate insight into position specifications, staffing plans, and hiring needs.Partner with hiring managers to refine job requisitions and develop innovative hiring strategies.Develop recruiting strategies for niche positions and utilize various advertising resources.Identify, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates that meet job requirements.Conduct detailed interviews to determine skills and cultural fit.Identify passive candidates for challenging roles and build talent pipelines.Provide consultative recruiting services, including market analysis and competitive intelligence.Map out competitors in local areas and stay updated on market surveys.Collaborate with the Director of HR to meet company hiring needs.Build and nurture an active pipeline of skilled labor machinists and mechanics.Champion the employment brand message, employee referral program, and company vision.Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates on open roles.Attend recruiting events, including university and technical college job fairs.Conduct new hire orientation sessions and help expand the program.Develop weekly recruiting status reports and present results in meetings.Update the HRIS system with candidate information and prepare job requisitions.Create and update job descriptions and matrices as needed.Comply with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
