**Job Title: Skilled Construction Technician** **Job Description** The Skilled Construction Technician will work collaboratively with a team to build houses in a manufacturing facility. Proficiency in one of the following areas is required: mud & tape, tiling, painting, or roof framing. **Responsibilities** + Perform mud & tape work, ensuring seamless finishing of drywall surfaces to a Level 5 finish. + Execute tiling installations with precision and attention to detail. + Conduct painting tasks, including surface preparation, priming, and finishing coats. + Undertake roof framing duties, following specifications and safety guidelines. + Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely project completion. + Use various hand and power tools to securely build assigned projects. + Join materials with the most appropriate nail, screw, staple, or adhesive. **Essential Skills** + Experience in mudding, tiling, painting, or roof framing within residential construction settings. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of rough carpentry and finish carpentry. + Experience with drywall installation and taping. + Familiarity with commercial construction practices. + Understanding of installation techniques for metal studs and doors. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values quality craftsmanship and offers opportunities for skill development in a supportive work environment.
