**Job Title: Skilled Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking Skilled Laborers to work on commercial tenant improvements and commercial new build projects across the lower mainland. The role involves performing general labor tasks, using power tools, shoveling, using a compactor, moving furniture, hoarding, stripping, dewatering, providing rough carpentry assistance, and general carpentry help. The position also includes assisting with hauling lumber and working in various conditions from muddy sites to finishing stages. **Responsibilities** + Perform general labor tasks on commercial and institutional sites. + Utilize power tools such as skill saws, nail guns, compactors, jackhammers, and chipping saws. + Assist with rough carpentry and general carpentry tasks. + Move furniture and handle hoarding and stripping duties. + Engage in dewatering tasks and assist with water mitigation. + Haul lumber and aid in site clean-up and maintenance. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Skilled Laborer on commercial, institutional, or high-rise residential sites. + Proficiency in using power tools including skill saws, nail guns, compactors, jackhammers, and chipping saws. + Ability to commute reliably to various sites. + Possession of Site Ready or CSTS certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience operating a telehandler. + First aid certification. + TCP certification. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic work environment where your skills in construction and labor are valued.
