We are seeking dedicated general construction laborers with at least 1 to 2 years of experience. As a skilled laborer, you will work alongside a 3 to 4-person crew using hand tools to assist in building docks, piers, and retaining walls.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the crew to construct docks, piers, and retaining walls.Utilize hand tools effectively to aid in construction tasks.Assist in the operation of boats as needed.Perform tasks involving general labor, construction, concrete work, cleaning, and loading.Meet standard weight lifting requirements of 50 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 70 pounds.Essential SkillsStrong mechanical ability.Ability to lift standard weights of up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 70 pounds.Knowledge and proficiency in using hand tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious construction laborer experience is preferred but not required.A learning mentality and willingness to gain new skills.Familiarity with operating boats.Why Work Here?Join a family-owned and operated business with deep roots in the construction field since 1938.
