**Skilled Laborer -- $20-$30 per hour -- Weekly Pay**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious laborers to join our steel erecting team. Skilled laborers are responsible for assisting in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of metal structures and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings.
**Responsibilities**
+ Erect steel frames and install wall and roof panels per engineered drawings.
+ Operate equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and cranes safely.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and erection plans.
+ Ensure structural alignment and secure connections using bolts, welds, and fasteners.
+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean job site.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in steel erection or structural steel (minimum 2 years preferred).
+ Ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials.
+ Familiarity with hand and power tools.
+ OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
+ Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for projects.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
