Aerotek's client is looking for Skilled Laborers to join their team in the Annapolis, MD area

Laborers will be assisting with with heavy civil construction and mechanical installation projects across the MD/DC area. This role offers the opportunity for professional growth into a foreman position.

Responsibilities

Assist with heavy civil construction and mechanical install projects.Travel to project sites throughout the MD/DC area.Operate power tools within a construction environment.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a helper, skilled laborer, or related construction position.Basic understanding of power tools and construction environments.Ability to take direction and demonstrate reliability.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Reliable transportation is required.Ability to travel regionally with potential overnight stays.Flexibility to work night shifts 1-2 times a month.

Work Environment

The position is based in the Annapolis, MD area, supporting projects in the MD/DC/NOVA region. For those on the Western shore, work will primarily be in the Balt/Wash area.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
